Mega Kiss Terms & Conditions – Complete Member Guide for the Malaysia Platform

Welcome to Mega Kiss. This Terms & Conditions document constitutes a legally binding agreement between you ("User" or "Member") and Mega Kiss ("Platform", "We", "Company"). By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the Mega Kiss platform at megakiss.bet, you automatically agree to be bound by all terms set out in this document.

Mega Kiss reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review this document periodically. Your continued use of the Mega Kiss platform following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

The Mega Kiss platform provides online entertainment services encompassing Live Casino games, slots, Sports Betting (including Malaysia Super League football, BWF badminton, and e-sports), roulette, and a variety of other games. All services are provided for entertainment purposes only.

To use Mega Kiss services, you must meet the following eligibility criteria:

Each individual is only permitted one (1) account active accounts only at Mega Kiss. Registration is based on a unique Malaysian MyKad / IC number, mobile phone number, and email address. Any attempt to register more than one account will result in all associated accounts being suspended and funds forfeited.

You are solely responsible for ensuring that the information provided during registration is accurate, complete, and up to date. Mega Kiss is not liable for any loss arising from inaccurate information submitted by a member.

Mega Kiss accepts deposits via the following payment methods, all of which are local Malaysian payment options:

Deposit Limit:

• Minimum deposit: RM 20 per transaction.
• Maximum deposit: RM 50,000 business day (depending on the payment method).
• All deposits are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) only.
• Mega Kiss does not charge any fees for deposits; however, your e-wallet provider may apply their own charges.

Withdrawal Limit:

• Minimum withdrawal: RM 50 per request.
• Maximum daily withdrawal: RM 50,000 (may vary depending on your account's VIP level).
• Withdrawals are processed within 15 to 60 minutes on business days.
• Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Bonus rollover requirements must be met before any withdrawal can be processed.

Mega Kiss offers a variety of bonuses and promotions for both new and existing members. All bonuses are subject to the following conditions:

General Bonus Terms:

• Each bonus may only be claimed one time only per member, unless otherwise stated in the relevant promotion's terms.
• Bonuses are non-transferable between accounts and cannot be directly converted to cash.
• Mega Kiss reserves the right to void any bonus if there is evidence of misuse or fraud.
• Promotions offered are subject to change or cancellation at any time without notice.

Welcome Bonus:

• Deposit match bonus up to RM 688 for eligible new members.
• Rollover requirement: 30x total deposit + bonus within 30 days calendar days from the date the bonus is credited.
• Eligible bets for meeting rollover requirements include all games except roulette, baccarat, blackjack, and certain table games (subject to current promotional terms).
• If rollover requirements are not met within the specified period, the bonus balance will be automatically forfeited.

All wagers placed on the Mega Kiss platform — whether on casino games, slots, sports betting such as Malaysia Super League or EPL football, badminton, or e-sports — are subject to the following rules:

• Minimum and maximum betting limits are set for each game and may vary depending on the game type, table, or sporting event.
• Mega Kiss reserves the right to limit the bet amount for any player at any time, particularly for players who consistently win large amounts.
• Bets placed after the outcome of an event is known (late bets) are invalid and will be voided.
• In the event of a technical disruption that calls a game result into question, Mega Kiss reserves the right to void the relevant round or bet and refund the wagered amount.
• For Sports Betting, Mega Kiss uses the official match time during the event. Any result amendments made by the relevant sports authority after the match concludes may not be taken into account.

Players are prohibited from using automated software, bots, or any unauthorised tools to manipulate game outcomes or Mega Kiss's betting systems. Such violations will result in immediate account closure.

As a Mega Kiss member, you agree to abide by the following code of conduct when using our platform:

1. Must not use the platform for money laundering or any other unlawful financial activity.
2. Do not collude with other members to manipulate the system or gain an unfair advantage (including chip dumping in poker games).
3. Not using information obtained through unlawful means to gain an advantage in Sports Betting.
4. Must not harass, threaten, or insult other members or Mega Kiss staff through any communication channel.
5. Do not share your account details with anyone else. You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs on your account.

Mega Kiss employs advanced monitoring systems to detect suspicious activity. Accounts found to be in breach of these terms will be suspended pending investigation and, if the breach is confirmed, will be permanently closed with all remaining balances subject to forfeiture.

Mega Kiss genuinely cares about the well-being of its members. We believe gambling should be purely a form of entertainment and should never become a source of financial stress or personal hardship. To that end, we provide a range of self-control tools to help members play responsibly:

• Daily / Weekly / Monthly Deposit Limit: Set a limit on how much you can deposit within a given period.

• Account inactive for more than 180 consecutive days.
• Requests from the relevant authorities.

You may also close your account at any time by contacting Mega Kiss customer support. Before closing, please ensure you have withdrawn all eligible funds. Once the account is closed, any unclaimed balance may be subject to the policy stated in the current account closure terms.

If an account is closed due to a breach of terms, Mega Kiss reserves the right to withhold all or part of the account balance, subject to the outcome of an internal investigation.

Mega Kiss provides this platform on an "as is" basis without any express or implied warranties. To the extent permitted by applicable law:

• Mega Kiss is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of this platform.
• Mega Kiss does not guarantee that the platform will always be available without interruption, free from errors, or fully secure against cyber threats.
• Mega Kiss is not liable for your internet connection failures, issues with your mobile device or computer, or any technical disruptions beyond our control.
• Game results generated by a certified RNG system are final and cannot be disputed unless there is clear evidence of a technical malfunction.

Mega Kiss reserves the right to modify, add, or remove any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Members will be notified of any significant changes via:
